Meet Our Team
Lynette
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lynette enjoys getting to know her patients and treating them as family. She also loves attending continuing education courses to provide patients with the best of care. Lynette is a veteran member of our team and has been with Needville Family Dentistry since 2003. She grew up in Needville and attended Wharton County Junior College for her dental hygiene training.
Outside of work, Lynette enjoys spending time with her kids and her awesome husband, cooking, gardening, fishing, reading, and being outdoors.
Jessica
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica received an associate's degree from Wharton County Junior College and then attended Texas Women’s University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She has been working as a hygienist since 2015 and is also laser and nitrous certified.
Jessica’s interest in dentistry began at a young age when she was inspired by her own hygienist and supported by a mom who encouraged her dream to pursue dental hygiene as a career.
Born and raised in El Campo, Texas, Jessica loves spending time with her niece and nephew and enjoys hobbies like bowling and riding four-wheelers.
Marcy
Registered Dental Assistant
Marcy joined Needville Family Dentistry in May 2019, and as a dental assistant, she enjoys helping patients and educating them about their oral health. Her goal is to make sure her patients are as comfortable as possible and to build trust with them, so they continue to visit the dentist to maintain their dental health.
Marcy is a native of Rosenberg, TX, and in her free time enjoys being with her family, going to the movies, and watching football.
Kelly
Treatment Coordinator
Kelly attended Sam Houston State University for her undergrad and graduate degrees. She recently started with Needville Family Dentistry in 2020 and is loving every minute of being part of our amazing dental team!
Kelly’s role is to ensure that our patient's appointments are handled efficiently. She enjoys developing relationships with each of our patients and taking care of their needs so that they leave our office feeling happy and healthy.
A native of Sugar Land, Kelly moved to Needville during high school and has been here for about 15 years. In her spare time, Kelly loves spending time with her horses, family, and friends.
Sara
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sara is passionate about educating her patients about their oral health and how it relates to their overall health and well-being. Sara is a native of Boling, TX, and joined Needville Family Dentistry in May 2019. She has an associate’s degree from Wharton County Junior College and received certification in nitrous oxide monitoring from the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Outside of work, Sara and her husband own a Registered and Commercial Cattle Group operation. They enjoy spending time traveling with their two children showing cattle, hunting, and fishing.
Samantha
Scheduling Coordinator
Samantha came to us in July of 2023 with a medical assistant background and a passion for helping people in our community. She moved to Needville in 2014 with her husband and loves the small town life. Samantha’s daughter has been a big of driving her passion for helping others as she was diagnosed with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss at the age of 2. Since then Samantha has been learning sign language to help her daughter and others that struggle with hearing loss. Her goal is to get to know all of our patients and provide them with the best dental experience ever!
In her free time, she enjoys telescoping, movie nights and smores on the campfire. She plans to obtain her license as a registered dental assistant in the future.
Paola
Registered Dental Assistant
Paola joined Needville Family Dentistry in June 2022 as a dental assistant, she enjoys building bonds with patients and making sure they feel right at home. Paola hopes to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene one day. Paola is a native of Needville, TX, and in her free time enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Lillie.
Megan
Insurance Coordinator
Megan has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years but is new to the field of Dentistry. She went to college in California for Sports Medicine. She has a passion for the well-being of everyone she meets.
Megan is new to Texas and the Needville area. She is married and has been with her husband for over 17 years, and they have a beautiful 4 year old daughter, and two dogs. In her spare time outside of work she loves spending time with her family, doing anything together. She loves to cook and bake, and is teaching her daughter all the tips and tricks to delicious food.
This was my first visit ever to this office and the staff was amazing. The front office was so kind. Sara and Dr. Davis were great and sweet. Best experience. I can’t wait to return, I mean who says that about a dentist office!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
